House Rules
No parties or events allowed.
No smoking or vaping allowed or this will incur a fee.
Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
No unregistered guests allowed. Maximum guests is 6, any exceeding will incur a fee.
Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
Please respect the noise curfew.
Please respect check-in and check-out times.
Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am, please note we do not offer any EARLY check ins or LATE check outs as housekeeping are at the lodges at 10am to clean and you will not be able to enter to lodge until 4pm.
Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
Please don't take keys out with you when you leave the lodge.
Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
Please clean the crockery and cutlery before checkout.
Please take any rubbish out before you leave.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Please no BBQs or fires. Fire is strictly prohibted on site.
Dogs are to be kept on the lead at all times.
Damages and breakages – please treat the facilities & lodge with due care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them. If you notice something is missing or damaged in the lodge please let us know immediately so that we can take the appropriate action. If there has been any damage or breakages during your stay, we would be grateful if you could report them promptly, especially before check-out. The lodge will be inspected at the end of the holiday & you may be charged for any loss or damages.
Sometimes due to draining & refilling the hot tub, on very rare occasions the tub may not be up to temperature on your arrival, if this is the case you will be notified on the morning.
Please note if you have an ELECTRIC CAR, please DO NOT CHARGE up and plug inside the lodge, please insure you find a local car charging station please as the elecricity will go out.
We are not responsible for any items that have been left at the lodges so please make sure when you leave you give the lodge a good check over before leaving.
Could you also make sure, heating & water are all turned off before you leave, also lights etc when not in use.
No dogs on the furnishings, and please don’t use the poufe in the living room as a table.
