The North Norfolk coast, with its vast beaches, saltmarshes and seal colonies, is around 30 minutes north. Norwich, one of England's most complete medieval cities, is a similar drive south-east. And the Broads, the halls and the market towns are all within easy reach.
The house itself is set up for a group of up to 20 to be together and still find space: a private wellness zone with a 20ft swim spa, hot tub and XL sauna, a games room, huge gardens and a kitchen built for entertaining.
